“52 Weeks to Living Moxie” is an online program.
You don’t have to go anywhere, you can attend from your bed if you want to!
Each week for 52 weeks, on a Monday (next ‘class’ begins the 27th February 2012), you’ll receive the weekly jam-packed lesson (see below for the content) which includes an MP3 (so you can read or listen to the weeks class) and a worksheet (yes, there is ‘work’ to do!).
Plus you’ll receive all the support from your peers and get any help you need from an online private members site. On top of that you’ll also be invited to 4 group coaching calls over the year of your programme.

The Lessons x 52
Powerful, simple, easy to follow, step by step full ideas, learning and knowledge to help you create the life you seek. I won’t be sending you a pile of fluff, woowoo and regurgitated shelf help, or toe dipping around with you. The content is below the overal focus is on helping you live bold, big and courageous. You’ll be sent the lessons via email, and they will be applicable to any area of your life.
The MP3′s x 52
If you prefer to listen, each lesson will be recorded into an MP3 for you to download. You can listen on the way to work. Some people prefer to read others listen, so you’ll get both. The lessons are all written so that they will empower you, help you focus, lead you to understanding you a little better. Some you will easy, others you will find a challenge.
The Worksheets x 52
Will accompany each lesson. You’ll receive these also for 52 weeks, you’ll only do a little work each week (about 30 mins tops), add all the weeks together and at the end of the year you will have completed a massive piece of work on you. The worksheets are an important part of the 52 weeks the questions, exercises and challenges will motivate, inspire and allow you space to get out all that is stopping you from creating the life you know you want.
Private Members Group
Private Group/Calls Connection is key. Not up for question. You’ll be invited to the group on the first day of your course, you can connect, share, ask questions, give and receive support, make new friends. We’ll also have a few live seminars (again from your own home at no extra cost if you listen and take part online.)
Why is it 52 Weeks?
Good question. One I can answer. If I’ve learnt anything over the years as a trainer an coach, time is a big factor when it comes to making important life changes.
There are some that expect instant results, they want their life to be different at the swish of a magic wand. They put all their hopes in the next book, the next workshop, the next ‘expert’ to come along, hoping that this time they will be rescued and saved.
Then there is a group that are searching for ‘experiences’. They think that the change they seek is out there, they try one thing after another, but none seems to feed the hunger that they have.
Then there is the rest of us. The ones who know that the change is inside and even though they may have tried the quick fixes, they realise that it’s going to take time. And they know it’s going to be time well spent.
They are a stage ahead than the ‘quick fixes’ and ‘experience’ crowd they know that they need to unravel the lies and dig deep to find the courage they needs to make lifetime changes.
And that takes time. The way I see it is 52 weeks is enough time, small chunks and baby steps, which make up a big year at the end.
